Juan Williams

Juan Williams is a multi-faceted TV panelist, reporter, author and political analyst. Known for his regular contacts with Washington insiders, Williams has interviewed Ronald Reagan and every President since. He was an editorial writer, op-ed columnist and White House correspondent during his 23 years at the Washington Post.

Williams hosted the National Public Radio’s national call-in show, “Talk of the Nation” and traveled around the country for monthly town hall meetings before live audiences. He is currently a senior news analyst for NPR. A political contributor to Fox News, he is a regular panelist on “Fox News Sunday” and other opinion talk shows.

Williams won an Emmy Award for TV documentary writing on topics including “Politics-the New Black Power,” and “A.Phillip Randolph: For Jobs and Freedom.” Among his books are the critically acclaimed Thurgood Marshall - American Revolutionary; My Soul Looks Back in Wonder; and the best seller, Eyes on the Prize: America’s Civil Rights Years, 1954-1965. He is a graduate of Haverford College and received the Distinguished Alumni Award from Oakwood Friends School in 1999.
