CONSTITUTION DAY 2011
Dutchess Community College. Friday, September 16 at 12 p.m. in Bow Hall, Room 122, Assistant Advocacy Director and Public Policy Council for the New York Civil Liberties Union, Joanna Miller will be speaking at Dutchess Community College for Constitution Day. She authored the report “Education Interrupted: The Growing Use of Suspension in New York City’s Public Schools,” and will speak about civil rights in education and the constitutionality of school safety policies and practices in the nations largest school district.
The Constitution Day lecture is scheduled for 12:00 noon on September 15th at the James and Betty Hall Theatre, Dutchess Community College.
