The June and Aaron Gillespie Forum is proud to announce the third annual Eli Jaffe Film Competition. The Eli Jaffe Film Competition is the first regional film competition to present student film and video projects that address public issues and award young filmmakers for their work.
THE 2013 ELI JAFFE FILM COMPETITION FINALISTS HAVE BEEN SELECTED
The 2013 Eli Jaffe Competition Finalists are:

3. KARKINOS Brendan Kiernan
4. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF DJ De’Juan (DJ) Encarnacion
5. THE MID-HUDSON ANTI-SLAVERY PROJECT Jason Alfonso, Elise Greenage, Edith Morris, Jordan Thomas
The Winner of the 2013 Eli Jaffe Award will be announced at the reception at the Morton Library in Rhinecliff at 3:00, Sunday May 19 th.
The 2013 Competition will celebrate the 100th Anniversary of songwriter, activist, and Gillespie Forum founder, Eli Jaffe’s birth. The competition is open to undergraduate students atthe six regional colleges: Vassar College, Marist College, Bard College, Dutchess Community College, The State University of New York at New Paltz and Mount Saint Mary College.
